Standard 7 Month Growth Guarantee Policy

We believe in the effectiveness of our laser caps and witness the results from our customers everyday. To ensure optimal results, it is important to use the product consistently for the full 210 days as directed. If you do not experience any hair growth after 7 months of use, you may return the laser cap for a refund, minus a 25% service fee (see below for details about the Risk Free Growth Guarantee which waives the 25% service fee).

To be eligible for a refund, you must register here for the growth guarantee within 45 days of receiving the device. If you do not see noticeable improvement after 7 months of use, you will email our refund department ([email protected]) to request a return. You must contact the refund department within 30 days of the 7 month mark (210-240 days). The return package must be postmarked within 10 days of the request, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds do not apply to consumable items. This guarantee can only be used once per customer and applies solely to the laser cap or comb.

Customers also have the option to extend the Growth Guarantee from 7 to 12 months. However, they still must contact the refund department within 30 days of the 7 month mark to request an extension.

Important Notes:

  • Once your product ships we do not offer refunds for any reason; instead we offer the 7 Month Growth Guarantee. You must use the product for the entire 210 days before requesting to return the product. Your 210 days start the day you receive your laser cap.
  • Supplements/Consumables/Accessories are not refundable for health reasons.
  • Any disputed charges will result in not being eligible for the growth guarantee.
  • Unopened/Returned to Sender packages are charged a $50 restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund. If the package is opened or the cap is used, there is a 25% fee deducted from the return.
  • Any returns without an RA# will be refused. You must contact the refund department to receive and RA#

Risk Free Growth Guarantee Policy

At Kiierr, we are committed to your satisfaction and have established a Risk-Free Growth Guarantee to ensure that you can shop with confidence. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

If you decide to return your purchase, please note that a 25% service fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs. However, we offer you a unique opportunity to have this fee waived, making your purchase truly risk-free.

To have the 25% service fee waived, we encourage you to document your journey with the product. To do this, you would take photos or videos of your experience with the product each month (7 photos or videos in total). This documentation should clearly demonstrate your use and experience with the product. When you contact our refund department within 210-240 days of use, we will review your submitted documentation. If all requirements are met, we will waive the 25% service fee when processing your return. You must still register with the before photo within 45 days of receiving your cap here.

We believe this process not only helps us understand your experience better but also encourages a thoughtful and meaningful use of our products. If you document your journey and do see noticeable improvement, we offer a generous rebate for permission to use your photos or videos on our website. Laser Cap & Comb Warranty

All Kiierr laser devices purchased through Kiierr include a 2-year factory warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship in the device. You can purchase a 1, 2 or 3 year extension within 45 days of receiving your product. This extension applies to the factory warranty only, not the growth guarantee.

To obtain warranty service, you must email [email protected] and include a picture or short video of the issue. Kiierr will contact you and send you next steps. Please include your order number when emailing us.

For international customers, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to return the defective device back to us. Kiierr will pay shipping to send it back to you. If the device is found not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping both ways. Please email [email protected] for any product issues.

Kiierr Beauty Return Policy

All beauty and skincare devices are backed by a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for your peace of mind. To qualify for this guarantee, the product must be utilized consistently for the full 60-day period. If you do not observe a noticeable improvement after this time, you are welcome to initiate a return process. Please note that returns are not permitted before the completion of 60 days of use. Should you decide to return the device, you must email us at [email protected] within 15 days following the initial 60-day period. Be aware that a service fee of 25% will apply to the return.

However, by documenting your weekly experience with the device through photos or videos and providing them at the time of return, you will not be charged the 25% service fee. This allows us to gain insight into your experience with the device in case you decide to return it. If you choose to keep the device and would like to share your documentation on our website, we offer a generous rebate. To apply for the rebate, please send an email to [email protected].

In addition, our beauty and skin devices are protected by a 1-year warranty covering any defects or malfunctions. If you encounter any issues with your product, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.

Please be aware that consumable items, such as skin serums or collagen supplements, are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement and are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. It will take longer than 2 days to receive your order. All orders are sent tracking numbers via email after shipment.
  • Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be charged a $50 shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the customer refuses delivery, Kiierr International reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee from any refund due.
  • Note:  International orders ship via USPS and do not have a delivery time frame due to customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes. We cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for international orders due to customs.

International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges and Shipping Notice

  • Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Kiierr International. We do not ship to EU countries at this time.
  • When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
  • If the package is refused by the customer, Kiierr International reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
  • By placing an order for delivery outside the USA, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.
