We stand behind the effectiveness of our laser caps and see those results each day from our amazing customers. Because results are dependent on long-term use according to the directions, you must use the product for the entire 210 days before requesting to return the product. If you do not have any hair growth after 7 months, you can return your laser cap for a refund minus a 7% convenience fee. The start date of the growth guarantee is the day you receive your cap and it needs to be registered within 45 days from delivery date.
Instructions to return. You will need to register for the growth guarantee within 45 days of receiving your laser cap to be eligible. When you submit your request through email ([email protected]), we will provide you with instructions to return the product, which you must follow. (This includes sending us an after photo of your progress).Those instructions will require the postmark on the return package to be within ten days of the request or you will not be eligible. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Refunds do not apply to consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, vitamins, carrying cases etc., as they are not returnable. This money back growth guarantee policy can only be used by a customer once and applies only to the laser cap. If you have returned a laser cap under this policy, you are not eligible for any further returns.

You must contact the refund department between 210-240 days of use or you will not be eligible for the growth guarantee.
- Once your product ships we do not offer refunds for any reason; instead we offer the 210 day growth guarantee. Because results are dependent on long-term use according to the directions, you must use the product for the entire 210 days before requesting to return the product. Your 210 days start the day you receive your laser cap.
- Supplements/Consumables/Accessories are not refundable for health reasons.
- Any disputed charges will result in not being eligible for the growth guarantee.
- Unopened/Return to Sender packages are charged a $50 restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund.
- Any returns without an RA# will be refused.
1- 209 days from receipt:
- Returns 1 day to 209 days (7 months) from date of receipt of item: not allowed; no exceptions.
- Must use the laser device for the FULL seven months (210 days) to be eligible for the growth guarantee. There will be a 7% convenience fee deducted from the refund. We are committed to providing life changing products, however we cannot afford to offer a money-back return if a customer does not use the laser cap for the full seven months since results are dependent on long term use, 7 months (210 days).
- You must contact the refund department between 210 to 240 days to be eligible for the growth guarantee and have registered your product within the first 45 days. Only one person per household is eligible for the growth guarantee. If you have returned a product under this policy, you are not eligible for any further returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Any disputed charges will result in not being eligible for the growth guarantee. Your 210 days start the day you receive your laser cap.
All Kiierr laser devices purchased through Kiierr International include a 2-year factory warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship in the device and the battery from Kiierr International. Please be sure you register your product within 45 days to be eligible for the warranty and the seven-month growth guarantee at www.kiierr.com/warranty
To obtain warranty service, you must email [email protected] and include a picture or short video of the issue. Kiierr will contact you and send you next steps. Please include your order number when emailing us.
For international customers, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to return the defective device back to us. Kiierr will pay shipping to send it back to you. If the device is found not to be defective, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping both ways. Please email [email protected] for any product issues.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement and are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. It will take longer than 2 days to receive your order. All orders are sent tracking numbers via email after shipment.
- Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be charged a $50 shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
- If the customer refuses delivery, Kiierr International reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee from any refund due.
- Note: International orders ship via USPS and do not have a delivery time frame due to customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes. We cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for international orders due to customs.

- Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Kiierr International. We do not ship to EU countries at this time.
- When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
- If the package is refused by the customer, Kiierr International reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
- By placing an order for delivery outside the USA, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.
- Please be advised that your purchase is charged in United States dollars and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.
