- You must submit a before photo when you register your device at www.kiierr.com/warranty within 45 days of delivery to be eligible for the growth guarantee.
- Your return must be sent back to us within 7 days (postmarked) of receiving your RA number. Customer is responsible for paying shipping back to us. If you do not have a RA# we will not accept your package.
- We do not accept returns or offer a return/refund option on consumable products such as shampoos, conditioners, vitamins or any accessories.
- Due to the public (FDA clearance) and extensive proven results of our products (95%+ for women and 90%+ for men), we require date stamped before/after photos to be submitted if a request for refund is made on the basis of no results.
- We are only able to offer a full refund and return on the basis of non-results of hair regrowth. We do not return the cap for size, comfort issues, medical issues, purchases as a gift, don’t want it anymore, etc. Be sure you ask all questions you have, as all sales are final.
- When returning, you must include all components which came with the cap (i.e. cords, user manual, laser cap, ball cap, etc.) and must be in clean, working condition. If any item is missing, the cost will be deducted from your refund. Dirty caps will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
- You must request a RA# between days 211-241 to be eligible for the growth guarantee unless we offer to extend the guarantee for you. You will only be eligible for the growth guarantee if you registered your device within 45 days or purchase and you sent in your before and after photos. If you request a RA# on day 242 or after, you will not be eligible for the growth guarantee unless we extended the guarantee for you.
- Any refused packages will automatically be charged $50 for shipping and this will come off of your refund.
- Laser hair growth caps must be used for the FULL seven months (210 days) for the growth guarantee. We are committed to providing life changing products with a great return policy, however we cannot afford to offer a full money-back return if a customer does not give our products a fair try for 7-months (210 days).
- If you choose not use the laser cap for the full seven months there will be a restocking fee as follows:
- —Return within 1 to 7 business days from date of receipt of item: 20% restocking fee
- —Return 8 days to 6 months (209 days) from date of receipt of item: not allowed; no exceptions
- There are no exceptions to this due to the public (FDA clearance) and extensive proven results of our products.
- Consumables and accessories are not refundable.
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once they are received.
- Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be charged a $50 shipping fee and will be deducted from the refund.
All Kiierr laser devices purchased through Kiierr International include a 2-year factory warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship in the device and the battery from Kiierr International. Please be sure you register your product within 45 days to be eligible for the warranty and the seven month money back growth guarantee at www.kiierr.com/warranty
To obtain warranty service, you must email [email protected] and include a picture or short video of the issue. Kiierr will contact you and issue a return shipping label to return your defective device and issue a new one if it cannot be repaired.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement and are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. It will take longer than 2 days to receive your order. All orders are sent tracking numbers via email after shipment.
- Note: International orders ship via USPS and do not have a delivery time frame due to customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes. We cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for international orders due to customs.
- If the customer refuses delivery, Kiierr International reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee from any refund due.
- Multiple shipping attempts from Kiierr may incur additional shipping fees. Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be charged a $35 shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.

- Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Kiierr International.
- When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
- If the package is refused by the customer, Kiierr International reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
- By placing an order for delivery outside the USA, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.
