Please complete the below form to register your Kiierr Device. Kiierr laser cap devices are warranted against manufacture defects in materials or workmanship as well as standard use issues. Please refer to user manual for warranty details.

IMPORTANT: A before photo showing your main thinning/hair loss area is required for registration. If no photo is attached or if a photo of anything other than a photo showing the hair loss (ie a photo of the laser cap or box) the reigstration will be VOID.
