To qualify for this guarantee, the product must be utilized consistently for the full 60-day period. If you do not observe a noticeable improvement after this time, you are welcome to initiate a return process. Please note that returns are not permitted before the completion of 60 days of use. Should you decide to return the device, you must email us at [email protected] within 15 days following the initial 60-day period. Be aware that a service fee of 25% will apply to the return.
 
However, by documenting your weekly experience with the device through photos or videos and providing them at the time of return, you will not be charged the 25% service fee.
